Description: Mazer Retro Modern gold plated pinwheel brooch; two tiers of gold tone pleated pinwheel fan out in a circle in between a row of red oval rhinestones on the outer edge and a row of emerald green ovals in the inner edge. Curling gold tone ribbon ends pavé set with clear rhinestones cascade down from the center and around to one side. Well made, heavy brooch. Attributed Mazer.
