Description: Signed Mexican sterling silver wide tapered silver bead vintage hinged clamper bracelet; a very popular mid-century design made by many different silversmiths, all very similar with just slight variations. This version is tapered, the narrowed end sliding just under the wider end The gradated size sterling beads around the center are inset into the opening of the double stepped band which is slightly concave at the edges. Some of the other versions are completely flat from edge to edge, this one flares out a bit. Hinged on the bottom and signed on both sides of the hinge with the artist's initials 'RM' inside a circle '925 Hecho en Mexico D.F.' a Mexico City mark.
