Description: Art Deco vintage black velvet round clutch purse with finger loop and clear rhinestone frame. The purse has radiating pleats on both sides and the curved pot metal frame has five stacked rows of clear round rhinestones prong set in square settings. The pull clasp is a clear rhinestone dangling triangle and there is a finger loop on the back. The inside is lined with cream satin with a pocket on either side.
